Fit
I would rather tell you no on a call than six weeks in.
A good fit
- You have users, or a bet you have already committed to making
- One decision maker who can say yes in the room
- An AI feature going into a workflow where the output has to be trusted
- Budget starts around $5,000 for a site, $12,000 for an app
Not a fit
- Large staffed engineering programs that need a team, not a person
- Projects with no decision maker, or a committee that has not agreed on scope
- An idea with no users and no scope yet. Start with the $1,500 prototype instead
- Anyone shopping on lowest price. If a template shop is the right call, I will say so
How it works
- 1
Day 0
Tell me your idea
A 20-minute call. You leave with a price and a start date.
- 2
Week 1
See it before you commit
Clickable screens on your phone within days. Change anything.
- 3
Every Friday
Watch it come together
A short video and a live link. You give feedback, I adjust.
- 4
Launch day
Go live, then relax
I handle the App Store. Everything is in your name, plus 30 days of fixes.
Your part: about an hour a week.
What you get
AI writes the first draft. I review every line.
You own it
Code, designs, accounts. Yours from day one.
Fixed price
In writing before we start.
Weekly demos
A live link every Friday.
30 days of fixes
Included after launch.
Proof, not promises
I ship my own products the same way.
BreakOff is a screen time app I designed, built, and shipped to the App Store solo. It passed Apple's Family Controls review, one of the hardest there is. Same process, same person, on your project.

Questions
Before you ask.
You work with the senior person the whole way. No account managers, no handoff to juniors. Agency scope at a fraction of agency price.
AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor write the first draft. A decade of product judgment decides what ships, and every line gets a human review.
Apps are paid in three parts: a third to start, a third at the first working demo, a third at launch. Websites are half to book, half at launch. The prototype and audit are paid up front.
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, follow-on sprints or a light care plan, only if you want them.
A website is pages people read: your story, your offer, a way to contact you. An app is software people log into and use: accounts, their data, things they can do. If it has a login, it is an app.
Marketplaces, fintech or payments platforms, HIPAA or other regulated data, large e-commerce, and big enterprise integrations. Those need a team. Stripe checkout for selling a product or subscription is fine. If your idea is bigger than one clear job, the $1,500 prototype is how we find out what version one should be.
Yes, entirely. Repo, design files, deployment, and accounts are in your name from day one. Run it, sell it, or hand it to another team.
Usually, yes. I read the code before touching it. Most of it is salvageable; the usual fixes are auth, database security, and a UI that feels real. You get a written plan first.
Week one is the kill switch: if the first screens are not right, you pay for week one only. And if I miss an agreed launch date, the final payment is waived.
Large staffed engineering programs, projects with no decision maker, and anyone shopping on lowest price. If a template shop is the right call, I will say so.
Yes. Audits and fractional work plug into your team. Builds are solo end to end, which is why they move fast.
I take three projects at a time. Book a call and you will have a price and start date within two business days.

Here is what happens next: you send a few lines about your project, I reply within one business day, and we get on a 30-minute scope call. If we are a fit, you have a fixed-price proposal and a start date within two business days of that call.
Not sure which service fits? Send the idea anyway. Part of my job is telling you the smallest version worth building, and I will tell you honestly if I am not the right person for it.
